Volunteer Product Manager — Turnout Nation

Turnout Nation is a 100% volunteer civic initiative focused on one thing: increasing US voter turnout by helping people commit to getting ten friends to vote.

We have an existing app connected to real voter data, an active volunteer base using it today, and a development team ready to build the next version. No fundraising pressure, no bureaucracy — just helping ship software that makes civic participation easier.

What we need

A product manager who can dedicate roughly 5–7 hours per week to:

• Improving the UX so volunteers can quickly identify and motivate their ten voters
• Translating volunteer feedback into a clear, prioritized backlog
• Working with our dev team to ship iteratively

What you'd be working with

• V1 of the platform, live and in use
• An experienced development team ready to build
• A clear product owner to partner with
• Engaged volunteers providing direct feedback

Who we're looking for

• Experience in product management and agile delivery
• Comfortable working async with a distributed team
• Familiarity with US civic life is helpful but not required
• Location flexible
