Meet the Turnout Nation team

Mark Mullen, Founder

Mark Mullen founded Turnout Nation over two years ago as a way to help return political power to the American people. He cares deeply about small “d” democracy, community, neighborhoods, bicycles, books, swimming, and how we can all be better citizens.

Mark also founded Transparency International in the Republic of Georgia and has spent decades monitoring and facilitating elections in struggling democracies in East Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Kim Dryden, COO

Kim has a process-obsessed mind and finds great joy in creating systems and workflows that foster both efficiency & creativity. Her background is in video production and online education, and she holds an MFA from Wake Forest in Documentary Film Producing.

Kim joined TN as a way to channel her frustration with attacks on personal liberties, including reproductive freedom, into positive action.

Jared Getzoff, CTO

For the past ten years Jared has been working in technology, first as a software engineer and more recently as an Engineering Manager. After spending a work sabbatical canvassing and organizing volunteers in his home congressional district in the 2018 election, Jared decided to shift his focus to making it easier for people to feel connected to their democracy.

Jared met Mark at a coworking space in San Francisco and they’ve been working together ever since.

Susan Radulovacki, CDO / CCO

Susan holds an MBA from Davidson College, University of Chicago. She worked for 10 years in advertising (Leo Burnett, Ogilvy & Mather/Chicago) then launched a consulting business serving former agencies and clients. After numerous anti-voter efforts impacted election outcomes in GA, Susan joined forces with Turnout Nation.

Victoria Mariolle, Captain Success Team Lead

Victoria is all things Captains - recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support. She loves working collaboratively with Captains to effect meaningful political change.

Before coming to TN, Victoria worked as a journalist at California Magazine creating news stories spotlighting community issues. She volunteers in her hometown of Oakland, working on passing local initiatives to better her community.

Chloe Director, Project Manager, Fundraising and Communications

Chloe recently received a master's degree in Public Diplomacy and Global Communication from University College London (UCL). Previously, Chloe worked in development at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and on various political campaigns in the U.S. and U.K.

She's passionate about fundraising for Turnout Nation and its mission to increase civic engagement in what will be the most important election of our lifetime.

Turnout Nation is a fiscally-sponsored project of The Social Good Fund, a 501(c)3 organization. We're not-for-profit and nonpartisan. Turnout Nation equips people who care deeply about voting - people we call Captains - with the tools and info they need to ultimately get more Americans to the polls.
